Hi, I’m Charlotte the creator of The Travel Fit Method.
I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of strength training experience, and a deep love for movement that supports both body and mind.
Travel has always been a huge part of my life but I quickly realised how easy it is to fall into extremes while away. Either completely off track… or obsessively trying to control everything.
The Travel Fit Method was born from finding the balance.
I believe in building strong, capable bodies without living in restriction. In structure that creates freedom. In feeling confident in your skin whether you’re training in a high-end gym, a tiny hotel fitness room, or doing glute bridges on a balcony somewhere tropical.
