About us

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Charlotte — and I’ve always believed that movement is magic.

My love for exercise started early — I was a dancer from the age of 2 to 16, and when I hung up my dance shoes, I found my way into the gym, discovering a new kind of strength and confidence.

For over a decade, I balanced long hours in various shift jobs while building my passion on the side — teaching yoga and working as a personal trainer whenever I could. But after years of pouring my energy into everything and everyone else, I found myself burned out, craving a deeper connection to the life I truly wanted to live.

So, I did something brave: I went travelling. I invested time in expanding my knowledge of all the things I love — from fitness and mindful movement to holistic living — learning, growing, and reconnecting with myself along the way.

  • That journey inspired The Healing Line — my vision for helping others heal spiritually, emotionally, and physically through the power of conscious life choices, health, and movement. To me, The Healing Line is about drawing a clear line through your life: choosing to live well, move mindfully, and come home to yourself again and again.

    Now, I’m back in the UK (and working online with women around the world!) sharing everything I’ve learned about building a healthy, sustainable, and balanced lifestyle. My coaching brings together results-driven training, yoga, and simple everyday rituals that help you feel strong, centered and alive — inside and out.

Why I created the Healing Line.

The Healing Line started as a way to help people feel better in themselves—no matter where they’re at on their journey. It brings together yoga, fitness, and Reiki in a way that feels personal and supportive, focusing on the whole person, not just one aspect of health.

It’s something I created out of a genuine passion for helping others build strength, clear their minds, and feel more balanced day to day. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to go a bit deeper, the aim is to give you the tools, space, and support to feel good, stay consistent, and create a lifestyle that actually works for you surrounded by a community that’s all about growth and healing
