Absolutely. Every program is designed around your current level. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, structure, and confidence safely.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

You don’t need a gym membership! I’ll design your plan based on what you have access to — whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just your body weight.

Do you offer private yoga sessions?

Yes, I offer 1-2-1 and small group yoga sessions in person or online. Each session is tailored to your goals — whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, relieving stress, or deepening your mind-body connection.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

My classes blend Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative styles, depending on your energy and intention. I focus on mindful movement, alignment, and creating balance in both body and mind.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is about connection and awareness, not flexibility. Your sessions will meet you exactly where you are — every body and every level is welcome.

How do I book a session?

How do payments work?

Payments are made monthly for online programs or per session/block for in-person training or yoga.

What is your cancellation policy?

For in-person sessions, I ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. For online clients, check-ins and calls can be adjusted around travel or personal commitments — flexibility is always considered.

Can I combine yoga, fitness, and wellness coaching?

Yes! Many of my clients combine all three to create a fully holistic program. We’ll discuss your goals in a consultation and design a plan that blends movement, mindset, and recovery for your unique needs.
